We develop the best possible solution for our customers. Thanks to our extensive technical expertise, we are competent partners for complex tasks, especially for project-specific development work. With our own test laboratory we can conduct different trial purposes.
Repairs of bowden cables and special ropes
In addition to the production of prototypes, custom-made products, small series up to large series, we also repair bowden cables and special ropes for various applications:

According to your specifications, we repair defective push-pull cables, actuation, throttle, clutch, brake and shift cables. For the repairs we need only a drawing or a pattern. If you send us a sample, please note on the order whether the still usable individual parts of the pattern for the new Bowden cable may be used or whether the pattern should remain intact.

Prototypes within one day
Do you need sample components within a short time? We produce complex 3D components quickly and cost-effectively according to your 3D design data. For experimental purposes, proof of concept and presentations, rapid prototyping is a convincing tool. In addition, the method is suitable for detecting errors before it goes into toolmaking.
