Delivery outside of Switzerland

For deliveries of orders in the online shop outside of Switzerland, the costs for packaging and shipping in Europe Zone 1 are from 50 Euro included ( i. e. free of charge). The amount of export customs duty is automatically calculated when ordering via our website and is shown before sending the order. On the invoice, export customs clearance is added to the shipping cost. For shipments to the USA/Canada, we charge a shipping flat rate of $90. Shipping is done by UPS/DPD.
Please note that for deliveries outside of Switzerland a net invoice amount (i. e. without Swiss VAT) will be charged. With the delivery the respective value added tax (different in each country) is still due. This amount must be paid directly to the freight forwarder.

You can pick up the order from us in St. Gallen. We will inform you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
